Recent Achievements



1. Compensation of Rs. 5 Lakhs awarded for misplacement of property:
The Delhi State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, in a complaint for deficiency of services, ordered the Opposite Party, which is a foreign airline, to make a compensation of Rs. 5 Lakhs to our client as compensation for loss of baggage.

2. Sessions Court ordered registration of F.I.R. against police officials, wife and her family:
The Sessions Court ordered an F.I.R. to be registered against certain delinquent police officials and our client's wife and her family, as, prima facie, it was made out that they had acted in conspiracy with each other and had indulged in custodial violence on our client.

3.Ad-interim maintenance awarded to the husband in a petition for Divorce in Gurgaon: The Gurgaon Family Court passed an order under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 directing a well-qualified wife earning substantial income to pay ad-interim maintenance of Rs. 50,000/- per month to our client (the Husband).

4.Woman awarded interim maintenance despite being employed:
In a case filed under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, the Ld Mahila Court in the Tis Hazari District Court directed the husband to pay interim maintenance to our client, despite the fact that she is a working woman. Upon an appeal by the husband, the appellate court upheld the order of the trial court.

5.Interim maintenance enhanced by double upon appeal; cross appeal dismissed:
In a case filed under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 the husband was directed to pay interim maintenance to our client despite the husband's statement that he was unemployed. Upon appeal by both parties, the interim maintenance awarded to our client was doubled, while the cross-appeal filed by the husband was dismissed.

6.Succefully defended accused persons and got them acquitted:
In a lengthy and protracted trial before the CBI Court, we successfully defended and acquitted our clients who were employees of a Public Sector Undertaking and were accused of offences under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

7.Maintenance awarded to wife despite husband's income being NIL:
The Ld Mahila Court of the Saket District Court awarded interim maintenance of Rs. 30,000/- per month to our client despite the fact that her husband had declared his income to be NIL.

8.Ex-parte ad-interim custody of minor children granted to wife:
The Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate of the Dwarka Mahila Court granted interim custody of our client's minor children to her, on an ex-parte basis.
