1.Advocate Adab Singh Kapoor was invited by Symbiosis Law School, Pune to speak on the legal and financial aspects of start-ups in India. The webinar, conducted today, was highly motivational, and focused on identifying our strengths and weaknesses through the SWOT and IKIGAI analyses, thus being able to determine what, when and how to build your start-up. The webinar, which was both practical as well as inspiring, was attended by lively and eager students of all batches of Symbiosis Law School, Pune, which reflected in their zealous interactions with our Speaker.

Mr Adab Singh Kapoor recently gave an interview to Bar and Bench, wherein he talks about the challenges, escapades, explorations and ventures faced by a first generation lawyer when going independent, the skills that are vital for a litigation counsel, and many more allied topics. 3.In a training session conducted virtually with Chandigarh Spinal Rehab on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace Act, 2013, Advocate Adab Singh Kapoor, assisted by Shefali Menezes and Sakshi Jain, engaged with the employees and patients of the organisation and oriented them on the legal aspects pertaining to the POSH Act, their gender-neutral policy on sexual harassment on the workplace, modus operandi of the Internal Committee and their allied compliances under the POSH Act, amongst other topics.
We are happy to inform that the session, lasting about 2.5 hours, was a highly interactive and collaborative session, with videos, illustrations and a healthy debate and discourse, and the same was received with enthusiastic participation by one and all.

4.Invited as a Panelist on a webinar organised by the Centre for Social Research, on 1st May 2020 to speak on "Sexual Harassment at the Workplace: Challenges during Lockdown".

The discussion revolved around The Prohibition of Sexual Harassment Act 2013 (or POSH Act); which talks about safeguarding workplace for women and cater to the healthy environment that respects the rights of a working woman to equality of status and opportunity

5.Invited as a Resource Person and Speaker on a webinar organised by the South District Legal Services Authority [DLSA (South)] on 4th May 2020, to speak on issues covering, inter alia, sexual harassment in the virtual workplace, gender neutrality in the context of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 ("POSH Äct"), and on furthering advocacy with respect to the POSH Act.






5.Invited as a Panelist on a webinar organised by the Centre for Social Research, on 27th May 2020 to speak on "Domestic Violence : A Lockdown within a Lockdown".

Among other things, the discussion included:

• The necessity for creating awareness of existing helpline numbers for victims of domestic violence and the role of the media in doing so
• The sensitisation of men as an important aspect to consider when talking about reduction of domestic violence cases.
• The multi-fold approach of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and the reliefs available under the same
